Treasure Valley natives, Steven and Christie Roth have been active in the Boise and Treasure Valley construction industry as owner/operators since 1977. In 1991 they ventured into home building and 1999 into land & community development.

Roth Homes is always searching for the best-located properties. Once a property is secured, they develop and then build all of the homes within the new community. The objective is to control the overall quality by managing the orientation between homes to maintain certain living environments. In conjunction with the creative home design, this creates additional value to the homes. Roth Homes does not develop and then sell lots to the builder community. By doing this they avoid the "hodge-podge mixed/matched" look that you see in many new subdivisions.

Roth Homes is a Registered Master Builder, a member of the Building Contractors Association, the National Association of Home Builders and is commercially bonded and licensed in the State of Idaho.
