Design Process

Our design and pricing process is quite simple and we deliver all in one meeting; ideas, a design, and a price.

With no obligation, tell us what you want in your new home and we will provide a written proposal, full specifications, hand sketched concept drawings, options individually priced that can be added and/or removed from the specifications, and a base completed price.  You can request further adjustments/changes or options to the package and each of these will also be separately priced. If you then choose to continue we require a deposit and a signed letter of understanding. And then, with no further commitment from you, we release the sketches and start the design and drafting process. We then provide preliminary construction drawings in AutoCAD format that include elevations and site plan based on the sketches, specifications and approved options, at the previously agreed price. At all times you know and control the price of your package.  When the design and specifications meet your expectations, we provide a standard building agreement contract for your approval and then we are underway building your new home.

If you are not building on one of our inventoried building lots we will also secure your desired available building site, or construct on your property.
