Design & Pricing Process

Our design and pricing process is quite simple and we deliver all at the same time; ideas, a design, and a price at one meeting.
With no obligation, tell us what you want in your new home and we will provide a written proposal, full specifications, hand sketched concept drawings, options each individually priced that can be added and/or removed from the specifications, and a base price. You can then request further adjustments/changes or options to the package and each of these will also be separately priced. If you then choose to continue we will require a small deposit and a signed letter of understanding. And then, with no further or future commitment from you, we release the sketches and start the design and drafting process. We then provide preliminary AutoCAD drawings that include elevations and a site plan, these are of course based on the sketches, specifications and your requested options and guaranteed original base price and options. At all times you know and control the price of your package. Then when the design and specifications meet your expectations, we provide a standard building agreement contract for your approval and then we are underway building your new home.
We also provide assistance in locating and securing your home financing if this service is needed, using some of the most professional and effective people in the industry. If you are not building on one of our inventoried building sites we will also secure your desired available site from a seller, or we construct on your property.
